Heartstrings of the Harp
Treasury of Scripture on The Harp
And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:1 John 4:11 Beloved , If God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
Let us ponder The Lamb and the 144,000
Revelation 14:1 Then I looked and saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred forty-four thousand who had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and the loud rumbling of thunder. And the sound I heard was like harpists strumming their harps. 3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. And no one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand who had been redeemed from the earth.…
The sound I heard was like harpists strumming their harps
Those who know they have been redeemed will play their harps and sing in praise for the promises of the Lord and pray for his will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. They wait for the day of redemption of their flesh. Romans 8:22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved; but hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he can already see?
And they sang a new song before the throne
This new song will be a new tune, a new concept or theme. A new outpouring of Gods people in praise to him and song of thanksgiving unto the Lord. This will be a song never sang before the throne of God. A song of pure hearts before the Lord. Who is pulling your heart strings?

Revelation 5:8 When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held the golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Harpists in Heaven and on Earth In Heaven
Revelation 5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. 9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshiped him that liveth for ever and ever.

Sounds : A Deeper Look
Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, 11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. 12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; 13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. 14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. 16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
Zechariah 9:14 And the Lord shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.15 The Lord of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, and as the corners of the altar. 16 And the Lord their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.
A voice as a harp: Can you Hear The Chief Harp?
Exodus 19:16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.20 And the Lord came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the Lord called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.
Exodus 20:18 And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. 19 And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.20 And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.21 And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.22 And the Lord said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.
Isaiah 6: 8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. 9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. ( He recieved a special calling)
Revelation 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
Revelation 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. 16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
Voices of Spirits and the Holy Spirit
Revelation 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. 16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. 17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
Revelation 19:3 And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. 4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. 5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Psalm 93:3 The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. 4 The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
Isaiah 17:12 Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!13 The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.
Ezekiel 43: Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east: 2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.
A moment of Reflection
This study and taking a closer look is about discernment of what you hear in relationship to not missing a spiritual message of voice calling. Looking at the symbolism of words like water, flood, thunder and trumpet helps. It is also about discerning that voice to understand if it is a voice calling for you to arise and shine in Christ or fall down and stay down. We all know the voice that calls us to remain oppressed, depressed and brokenhearted. Looking at things in a perspective that there are harpists in heaven as well as harpists on earth helps us understand that what we trust , voices and sounds , can be very important to our perspective on things.. Are you a harpist in heart and spirit? Do you hear the voice of the chief harpist calling you to “Arise O Israel, Arise O Zion and put on your strength”? Through the storms, just as Noah was in a storm of a lifetime, he praised the Lord for favor, protection and strengthened faith. Noah had great trust in the Lord and where their is trust their is a mighty Shield that covers and guards your heart and spirit. I encourage you to pray and seek the Lord for him to reveal to you more truth of his love and kindness toward those who fear his name.

Prayer to the Chief Harpist , God Almighty
Heavenly Father I thank you for every thing that you give, bless us with, gift to us and every action of love. Your the great giver of all things and your always working to preserve us in Body, mind and in spirit. We can see your handiwork all over Lord. The enemy is always on a mission to kill. steal and destroy what is yours. Lord today I rebuke the enemy, for he is a thief and a liar and he is under my feet today and everyday. he will not steal or deceive me out of my inheritance, blessings, healing, deliverance or my redemption. My salvation Lord is an ongoing testimony of your great love in my life and the enemy can't steal that either. Thank you Lord for the call to Arise and not fall to the wayside. Lord thank you that I can operate and live my life in your promises and not the enemies lies. Lord let our hearts be filled with a new song. With that new song Lord, give us strength to sing it through every storm, trial and tribulation we experience. For those who are weary Lord, I pray that we can sing so that our brothers and sisters can join in and be refilled with Hope and Joy in your Love. Lord I pray that we as heirs and fellow servants to Christ Jesus , that our voices of thanksgiving and praise (our hearts) will reach your very thrown and pull on your heartstrings. Thank you Abba Father for being perfect in every way. In Jesus Christ Yeshua's amen I pray amen.
A Fresh LookJohn 4:11 The woman saith unto him. "Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?'
Most people in those days that traveled from the east carried a bucket to draw from public wells. The cup we bear is our heart, that we may draw from the well and wisdom of the Holy Spirit. These type wells were cut out of a solid rock and it showed the skill of those in that day. It also showed wisdom and prophetic implication a Christ is a solid rock . Out of his side that was thrust through, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that dwells within Christ. This well is image of that. It directly relates to looking at the physical and spiritual wisdom of a situation. Thank you Jesus for teaching us the value of parables.
